Deep dive meeting into your company, culture, product, value proposition,  current customers, TAM, go-to-market strategy, partnerships, historic growth, forecasted growth, and other opportunities for growth, so the GOG can position your opportunity and represent your company as the best choice for the best candidates.

Meetings with all stakeholders involved in the decision making process will be completed, including any functional leaders with whom the Revenue Leader will engage in their capacity.

An ICP (Ideal Candidate Profile) will be developed and shared with you to align the GOG targeted outreach for optimal efficiency and client satisfaction. This bespoke approach includes target companies, industry/domain expertise, company size (maturity, scale, and stage) social influence, and other factors critical to the success of the search. 

ICP outreach will have commenced and the GOG first interviews will be scheduled and conducted. Each candidate will be assessed in several areas of strength– including culture fit, stage fit, function fit, leadership style, industry relevance, past performance, and other considerations pertaining to the search.

Client will begin their first round of candidate interviews and weekly feedback meetings will commence between the GOG and the client.

The GOG screenings, client interviews, and follow-up rounds will continue. Weekly meetings will include updates on top candidates’ availability, interest, and threats pertaining to other opportunities they are considering.

A shortlist of candidates is developed and final round interviews are scheduled. Assessments, references, background checks are conducted.

Offer is made to the top candidates and negotiations could ensue. Offer is accepted.
