After 16 years of working with Revenue Leaders and thousands of hours of private interviews, The GOATS of Growth™ book was incubated to document the untold stories of the greatest revenue leaders of all time. There are common character traits among them all, and the book is a way for me to share those traits with the rest of the world.

The GOATS of Growth™ podcast was launched featuring my weekly, in-depth exclusive interviews where I interview Revenue Leaders about their leadership style, vision, strategy, and how they execute towards plan. Naturally, it has become a great source for start-up and growth-stage companies to discover elite GTM talent.

The book and the podcast created an unexpected demand for a new executive search firm to recruit top Revenue Leaders or, what I call, The GOATS of Growth™. After all, you can’t build Unicorns and Decacorns if you can’t recruit the GOATS.
