ver the years, I’ve selectively cultivated relationships and have matched world-class people with other world-class people throughout North America. And now I’m taking on the herculean task of turning my network into a marketplace so I can serve more people and make it easier for both sides of my network (go-to-market leaders and people who want to hire go-to-market leaders) to meet.

But, building a marketplace isn’t easy as it takes both the “chicken” and the “egg” to make it useful. So, while I’m working hard at adding both sides to the marketplace, I’m still available to advise new clients on a one-to-one basis to help you fill challenging roles.

I’ve learned a lot about talent acquisition and team building over the years, as I’ve seen some companies “win” and others “lose”, but one common theme remains true after 18 years; you can’t build unicorns if you don’t recruit the GOATS

That’s how I’ve spent the majority of my work life for the past 18 years.

Now, let me tell you how I got here:

I started from the bottom of the GTM org chart as I recruited BDRs for venture-backed startups. As those companies grew and became more significant, so too did my candidates’ roles and responsibilities. They became top performing Account Executives, then top performing front-line managers, and then over-achieving VPs of Sales and CROs who have been responsible for creating billions of dollars in market value. Some are now CEO’s and others have become founders and investors
